Finally Friday: How Did Your Week Go?

This week’s Finally Friday post is a bit late — by about 30 minutes, to be exact.
In short, this week has been a rollercoaster. I think I’m still stumbling around. LOL!
Let’s see if I can put together a summary:
Tuesday — Received an awesome testimonial from a very happy client.
Wednesday — Woke up to discover we’d accidentally deleted a client’s site. *A webhost’s worst nightmare!*
Wednesday night – Finally recovered deleted site and reinstalled it after working with team all day.
Thursday — Received another glowing review from a happy client.
Thursday afternoon — A client requested a refund a day too late per our TOS, claiming she had already asked for her site to be canceled. No such cancellation request exists anywhere in the helpdesk. We ask her to send us her copy of her request. She declines and threatens chargeback. *sigh*
Friday — Amazingly enough, nothing spectacular happened this day — neither good nor bad.
I am going to the Rose Rock Parade in my town Saturday. Then Aimee and I are heading to Prague, Oklahoma to buy a stash of Kolaches. It’s been a few years since I’ve made it out there, but I’m determined.
