First of all, I hate cooking.

I also hate hanging out in the kitchen, unless I’m dealing with chocolate.

So any meal that I can throw together in a pot and ignore for 4 to 8 hours is right up my alley.

I can toss frozen chicken in the slow cooker, cover with salsa, black beans and corn, so far.

Any other ideas are welcome.

Especially if they involve chocolate. (But seriously, I really need dinner ideas.)
