The Time To Outsource Is Now!

November 15, 2007 by Michelle Waters

I know I’ve been talking your ear off about outsourcing here, on Product Seller’s Talk Radio and in my mailing list. I just feel strongly that no one online business owner should be working themselves to the detriment of their family or worse yet, an early grave. I do hope the tips and strategies Alice Seba has been providing have allowed you to move even closer to a business that YOU control, instead of a business that controls you.

At long last, Alice has released a BETA version of the Official Outsourcing Sweetie Members Area and I jumped all over it. At this price, there was NO way I could resist!

Grab your spot at:

If it’s time to stop slaving endlessly for your business, I’ll see you on the inside.

    Michelle,

I couldn’t agree with you more that outsourcing those tasks that you are either not good at doing OR you don’t enjoy doing is a key component to achieving business success.
Even if it is 1 hr a week, people would be surprised how much you are able to accomplish in that time frame if you are focusing on something that will produce money for your business instead of working on the website updates OR writing a letter. In that amount of time, you could be working on your next product or ebook, or possible talking with a client about their needs.
    Kudos to outsourcing.

    Great topic to talk about!

    Sincerely,

    Exactly, Teresa.

It’s like with my radio show. I took a few weeks off because I was sick, and had way too much stuff to do. But since I handed over production of the show to an assistant, I can now focus on creating the shows — and working on my information projects.

And my clients can do the same. Outsourcing customer support and shipping can give the product seller more time to develop or source new products or focus on marketing and networking efforts.

Thank you very much for your comments!
