We Might Be Moving — Again

So, we might be moving again. Yes, I said again.
Anyone who knows me for longer than a year, knows that we tend to move often. (Of course, thanks to the Internet, my business just packs up and moves with me.)
This time, we’re staying in the same community. Same school system.
And we’re going in with my brother to buy some land and a house. (Well, he is buying some land and a shop. The house is just an extra annoyance to him that makes the shop and land more expensive. But that’s where we come in. We get the house, pay 2/3 of the mortgage and we’re good. Since the land is actually two lots, with the house on one and the shop on the other, we’ll put a house for him on the other lot.)
We’ll find out today or tomorrow if it’s ours or not. If we do move, I’ll be sure to keep you updated on how we manage to accomplish this with my business, my husband’s work, two kids in school, two dogs and a cat. ARGH!
Wow…you’re not busy enough so you had to add moving to your to do list? LOL

Hey Michelle - I think this is my first time posting on your blog, but I love all your sites - design and content are always the best!
Anyhow I had to respond to your move post. It’s been 10 years since our last move and now the kids are finishing school (one just went off to college, and the other is in his Junior year at high school). I just had to say that I miss those moving days, and exploring a new home - can you believe it!
After our last move I said that was it, I had had enough. But now those feet are itching to move again. I think it’s exciting that you’ll be moving out onto what seems like a large piece of property. Is it more than what you have now?
At least you’ll be in the same school system - that’s important to the kids no doubt. Wishing you all the best

This is going to be our last move, too. The kids need to stay in the same school system, and we have everything we need — house, shop and land. And it’s very affordable since my brother is in on the deal.
So, nine boxes packed, fifty bazillion more to go…
