This week I’m pleased to be joined by Dave Wade-Stein of Ear/Rational Music. Dave started his company back in 1992 when the internet was still in its infancy and now he has a robust business where customer service rules.
The interesting thing about Dave’s business is that he started it in his “spare time,” and he loves helping his customers search for long lost music to add to their collections. It’s his passion and even though he doesn’t expect to become huge like Amazon, he loves what he does and it pays the bills.
If you are searching for the fast way to become rich, chances are you will either fail or be unhappy with your business. Finding something you enjoy is critical to your success as is building client relationships so they bring their return business to you.
